I started teaching at a private high school in Malabon in 1988, and have taught English and literature since 1996. Since then I've taught in universities, mentored new teachers as a master teacher, and now supervise and train English teachers across the Malabon division.
The part of the work I enjoy most is talking with teachers and learners, and planning trainings. Of my projects outside DepEd, writing has been my favorite.
Now I help private schools with both: materials that fit their learners, and teachers who feel ready to use them.
